A modern new building adn archaeological excavation site; the Burgkloster zu Lübeck. The combination of history and the present make events in Europe's largest museum on the history of the Hanseatic League an unforgettable experience. The building complex, located directly at the Trave river, was designed by star architect Andreas Heller and has won numerous architectural awards.
The museum's event rooms are fully air-conditioned, equipped with modern conference technology and can accommodate up to 200 persons. The museum's restaurant NORD and the spacious roof terrace with spectacular panoramic views of Lübecks harbor provide the ideal backdrop for evening events and receptions. Directly opposite the Hansemuseum is the event location Schuppen 9: Großer Saal and Blauer Salon, which can be reached on foot after a conference.
Of course, an event can also be combined with an exclusive guided tour of the museum; the European Hanseatic Museum presents the history of the Hanseatic League vividly and with an innovative museum concept that sets new standards.
